At Kick Game, we want you to be completely satisfied with your limited-edition sneakers and streetwear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the sneakers in their original branded box, ensuring no shipping labels are attached directly to the shoebox, and secure them inside a sturdy outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location, keeping your receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our authentication team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
